Classroom dynamics

Students are taught in 3 composite classes at Blenheim State School. We have a combined Prep/1 class, a Year 2/3 class; and a Year 4/5/6 class. The total number of students enrolled at Blenheim State School is 55 at present. Please refer to the Annual school report for a detailed breakdown of student numbers in each grade and by gender.

We believe that our students benefit from mixed classes as the interaction with a student dynamic of varying ages better reflects real world socialisation. Students support and encourage one another and we are very proud of the way older students mentor and support younger ones, both inside and outside the classroom.

Enrolment documents are available to download from this website via the Support and resources tab; and alternatively can be posted or emailed out to you. We take enrolments throughout the year.

Should you wish to make an appointment to meet with Mr Russel Sweeper or Mrs Nicole Halstead and other teachers to discuss your child's possible enrolment at Blenheim, or would simply like to visit the school to view our facilities, please don't hesitate to contact the school's office

Enrolment packs are always available for collection from the school's office.
